No, we do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

In-network clinics often follow insurance company guidelines that may limit session length or treatment type. In the cash-based model, your therapist has the freedom to focus on what’s best for your recovery, not what’s reimbursed.

Yes we accept both FSA & HSA.

Appointments require a minimum 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation / reschedule fee. This is to ensure fairness for all other patients who need to see us.
We understand medical & life emergencies happen, so those cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

All of our physical therapists are direct access licensed meaning you can be seen in physical therapy for 30 calendar days before requiring a script.

Lesson duration recommendations are considered on an athlete-by-athlete basis. Recommendations can vary based on in vs out of season lessons, age, etc.

Although your athlete will train in a group setting, every individual receives a personalized exercise plan for each session. This maximizes your athlete’s potential while maintaining a team environment
